П. O. is a Greek-Australian, working class, anarchist poet. His work ranges from ‘conceptual’ page poetry and concrete poetry, with emphasis on wordplay and capturing the vitality of everyday speech. His first book Fitzroy Brothel was published in 1974. Subsequent titles include, 24 hrs, the day the language stood still, Big Numbers, new and selected poems and Fitzroy, the biography.
